The Garden Museum
A full scale consultancy for the newly opened Garden Museum Cafe. We started from scratch here and build the new restaurant from the ground up. Everything from hiring, training, systems, kitchen design, suppliers, health and safety, and furniture layout and procurement was undertaken.
